Spiced Mango Tequila Fizz

In a blender:

• 1 mango

• 4 oz. tequila (anything blanco)

• Lime juice

• Jalapeño simple syrup (see Bourbon Peach Smash)

• Ice

To serve:

• Line the rim of a glass with a mixture of salt and cayenne

• Pour the blended mixture and some seltzer in the glass simultaneously

• Garnish with a jalapeño slice

• Enjoy the fizz!
