Bourbon Peach Smash
Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
Lemon Juice, to taste
Jalapeño simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water, halved jalapeño, boil until combined, refrigerate)
Thyme sprigs (not pictured)
White peaches
Technique:
Put Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and thyme in a shaker with ice. Chop up the peaches and squeeze the juice into the shaker. Shake it up!
Garnish with a peach slice and thyme sprig
