Frozen Grapetini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Vodka

  • 4 oz. white grape juice

  • Lemon zest

  • Sugar

  • Frozen grapes

Technique:

  • Purée green grapes in a food processor and strain juice into shaker using a wire strainer or cheesecloth

  • Add Vodka and shake with ice

  • Mix lemon zest and sugar together and use the juice of the lemon to rim each glass with the mixture

  • Pour and garnish with a few frozen grapes

  • Enjoy!

*Can be made with other types of grapes depending on how sweet you prefer
