Pink Pineapple Margarita Fizz

In a blender:

  • 4 oz. tequila (I prefer blanco tequila for this)

  • Half a pink pineapple (pink pineapples are just genetically modified pineapples)

  • Half a jalapeño

  • A dash of jalapeño simple syrup (literally a dash, especially if you want this more spicy than sweet!)

  • Juice from a lime

  • 1.5 oz. triple sec

  • Ice

To serve:

  • Line the rims of martini glasses with Himalayan Pink Salt (appropriate) and cayenne

  • Pour the blended mixture into the glass while also pouring seltzer for the fizzy part

  • Garnish with a jalapeño slice

    * Adding the seltzer ensures that this drink isn’t too sweet and makes it a bit lighter than your standard margarita
