Pink Pineapple Margarita Fizz
In a blender:
4 oz. tequila (I prefer blanco tequila for this)
Half a pink pineapple (pink pineapples are just genetically modified pineapples)
Half a jalapeño
A dash of jalapeño simple syrup (literally a dash, especially if you want this more spicy than sweet!)
Juice from a lime
1.5 oz. triple sec
Ice
To serve:
Line the rims of martini glasses with Himalayan Pink Salt (appropriate) and cayenne
Pour the blended mixture into the glass while also pouring seltzer for the fizzy part
Garnish with a jalapeño slice
* Adding the seltzer ensures that this drink isn’t too sweet and makes it a bit lighter than your standard margarita
