Thai Lemongrass Margarita
Ingredients:
3 oz. Tequila (Iād use Blanco for this)
2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. agave nectar (make sure you taste it, you can always add more)
2 Tbsp. chopped lemongrass
2 Tbsp. peeled/chopped ginger
Half a Thai chili
Seltzer
Thai basil for garnish (not pictured)
Salt and cayenne pepper for garnish
Technique:
Muddle lemongrass, ginger, chili, and agave in the bottom of a shaker (realllllly muddle it)
Pour in lime juice and tequila and shake with ice
Line the rim of a glass with the opened lime, then coat with a mixture of kosher salt and cayenne pepper
Pour, add some seltzer, and garnish with some Thai basil
