Elderberry Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Elderberry Tonic
1 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white (if you’re nervous about eating raw egg white, just make sure you wash the outside of the egg before you use it)
Lemon slice and sugar for garnish
Technique:
Dry shake (this means DO NOT add ice to the shaker, this helps incorporate the egg white better) all the ingredients until nice and frothy
Once combined, add ice and shake for another 10 seconds
Carmelize sugar on a lemon slice with a blowtorch
Pour drink into a glass with a giant ice cube and garnish with the lemon
