Hot Toddy

This is something I make frequently in the winter. It pairs well with a fire and a movie :)

  • 1.5 oz. Bourbon (I really like Hillrock, made in the Hudson Valley!)

  • 2-3 teaspoons of Honey

  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice, to taste

  • 3/4 cup of hot water or Chamomile Tea

  • For the Garnish: Lemon round and a cinnamon stick
